Construction of a 19-storey hotel block and alteration of 1-level basement. The construction project included:- Alteration of 1-level basement with carpark, loading area and store room.
- 3-storey clubhouse with main entrance, restaurant and function room
- 15-storey hotel with room units on typical floors (3/F – 13/F) and on non-typical floors (14/F – 17/F).
- Landscaped garden on podium roof deck with outdoor swimming pool on 2/F.
- Terrace garden facing seashore.
