The project includes the construction of the following major items:- Three 41-storey modified New Harmony 3 Blocks which contain a total of 2,397 rental domestic units in 40 domestic upper floors. The ground floor was fitted out with an Estate Management office in one of the Blocks.
- All associated drainage and external works, including paving, external staircase, loading/unloading areas, roads, emergency and service accesses, photovoltaic panel system, play areas, ball courts, covered walkways, fence walls, architectural features, service mains, ducts and pits, community farm, plant nursery, irrigation system, street fire hydrant, and junk and refuse collection point etc.
- All site formation works including establishment of formation levels, retaining walls construction, slope stabilization and protection works, fill slope compaction, soil nail installation, raking drains installation and skin wall construction.
